Nikon COOLPIX S3100 14 MP Digital Camera. I have been needing a new camera for a long time and had been considering a larger nikon, but after seeing a friends smaller camera I started looking at those. The nikon s3100 has a great deal to offer in such a small package including a pretty decent zoom. There are too many features to mention here but the ease of use,excellent 14 mega pixel photos,make this camera a very good choice. I got a bundle price on a camera case that attaches to a belt and a 4gb memory card along with the camera. I paid less for all three including the shipping than if I had bought the camera alone in a department store. Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS10 14 MP Digital Camera. I am a semi-professional photographer, and wanted a small travel camera to go along with my DSLR. I have owned Panasonic’s TZ1, TZ5, ZS3, ZS6. The ZS6 was a disappointment regarding low light image quality. I purchased the ZS10 after I looked at the new specs, and saw that they changed the sensor and added the Handheld Nightshot Mode. This new model is amazing! The low light photos are clean and have low level noise as compared to the ZS6 and ZS3. I was able to use manual mode as well to accomplish some tricks in the field, such as smoothing a waterfal while maintaining the proper scene exposure. I love the other mode settings I can manipulate, such as the white balance and easier EV settings. I’ve gotten some great shots with that, including improved food shots in Aperture Priority Mode, over using the scene selection for Food, which turned out a little blurry (which may be my fault of being too close). The lense quality is simply amazing. The detail in the photos is remarkable. I would highly recommend this camera. Nikon COOLPIX L24 14 MP Digital Camera. I purchased this camera for quick access during vacation and travel. Although the camera cannot zoom very far it still is a very good camera. Takes very clear pictures and can be slipped into your pockets very easily into my pocket. Transferring pictures is very easy just hook up the camera into the computer and click the you want and drag to the desktop. The only problem i have with the camera is that it has a hard time focusing on small texts. For example i want to copy a receipt and send it to the manufacturer it would come out blurry.

Sony DSC-W350 Digital Camera. Took a chance on this camera as it was just released by SONY and no reviews were available. But I really like this camera. The pictures are sharp. Color reproduction and exposure is accurate and all of this is done automatically. This camera has 14 mega pixels but I shoot with an aspect ratio of 16 X 9 which uses 10.5 mega pixels. The camera has a panorama feature that with a little practice takes cool panoramas that could definitely come in handy for some landscape shots. This camera has a 26mm wide angle lens with 4X zoom. I love the wide angle which works beautifully with the 16 X 9 aspect ratio. Indoor low light performance has been very good. In bright rooms with the camera on auto flash it often chose not to flash and still the pictures were very good. My other cameras always flash indoors no matter how brightly lit the room was. Indoor shots without a flash create more natural colors. Of course this is probably only possible due to the really good anti shake technology built into the camera. The camera can also shoot hi def movies but I haven’t taken any movies yet. One other thing that I like is that this camera can easily fit into any pocket. It is slim and light. Customer Review by A. Nikon COOLPIX L120 14.1 MP Digital Camera. This camera does absolutely everything I ask of it. I can do closeup on a penny that fills the picture or zoom in on a full moon that fills the picture and get great shots. I can take 720i widescreen movies and play them back on my TV. I can take pictures of parties, football games, friends, family, wildlife, beer bottles, road construction, birds, kittens, back patio, trees, buildings, flowers, monkeys, and barbecued spareribs. Olympus Stylus Tough 6020 14MP Digital Camera. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews of this camera. I have a suggestion to those reviewers: READ THE MANUAL! One common complaint – slow start-up time – can be easily fixed by following directions in the manual: Turn “PW on Start-up” to off, this will keep the camera from loading the logo and the camera is immediately ready for use. Another common complaint is the time it takes in order to shoot the next picture. Some people incorrectly refer to this is “excessive shutter lag.” This is not the case: The default setting for this camera is to display the photo just taken for about four seconds after pressing the shutter button so the user can view the image. This is a handy feature I appreciate, but if I am taking fast moving action shots, this feature can be turned off in Shooting menu 2, “REC VIEW.” Once performed in accordance with the manual, photos can be taken immediately after one another. All of my photos taken with the 6020 are perfect, unless I do something wrong. I am amazed by the number of people who do not comprehend the basic concept of digital focusing: Press the shutter button halfway to focus the subject (focus box turns green to confirm proper focus,) compose your shot while continuing to hold the focus halfway, then complete the photo taking process by pressing the button fully. Read the directions and anyone who buys this great little camera will love it and have great success with sharp, clean, well colored photos! Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ100 14.1 MP Digital Camera. Took awhile to get things set properly. Recommend that digital zoom feature be turned off. The viewfinder tends to give impression that image is great when it enlarged too much and finished picture looks bad. Great images can be made with it off. If subject is too far away, reducing picture size will enlarge it (bring it in closer) and still give satisfactory sharpness and detail.

Initially, I did not like the camera, but after getting it set properly it has become my favorite. This was purchased as a backup for my first one. 14MP gives great details, especially on macro shots and images at less than full zoom. Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ100 Customer Review by lynnie.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H55 14.1MP Digital Camera. There’s not much I can add to what has been said already, I absolutely love this camera, specially its size, it’s small and compact enough that makes it easy to take it anywhere you want in your jeans’ pocket and at the same time tough enough that it won’t break or get damage if you bump it by accident while in your pocket.

The picture resolution is I would say 4 and half out of 5, I’m still a fan of 35mm film I think nothing can’t beat that however this camera gets closer to that. The battery lasts a long time, I actually used it for a couple of hours a few weeks ago and today I took it out of my drawer and the camera still had power to keep working and that’s what made me write this quick review.

Over all I’d give it a 5 out of 5, the only problem I found is the stable shot feature, sometimes doesn’t work well especially if you try to take pictures while in a car. Customer Review by X. Andrade (Los Angeles USA).
